Since the beginning of February 2022, HELLA and Faurecia have been operating under the umbrella brand of FORVIA. Together they form the seventh largest automotive supplier worldwide. FORVIA focuses on technology, innovation and customer satisfaction – and concentrates on high-growth areas that are geared towards the megatrends of the automotive industry.
One key lever for sustainable mobility is maintaining the value and extending the lifetime of vehicles. In this light, we have formed the Lifecycle Solutions Business Group, which bundles the Independent Aftermarket, Workshop Solutions and Special Applications product lines.
Our goal is to build a holistic ecosystem in the aftermarket within the Lifecycle Solutions Business Group that covers the entire process chain from diagnostics to the distribution of spare parts and services from a single source. In this way, we not only create added value for all involved, but at the same time contribute to the responsible use of resources and materials.
In addition to the familiar, comprehensive HELLA product portfolio, Faurecia product lines can now also be purchased via HELLA’s retail organisation – with all the advantages that HELLA has to offer as a friend of independent workshops.
The HELLA brands will be retained.
