Reduced drive power (emergency operation mode)

The complaint has been made that the warning lights in the instrument cluster light up and emergency operation mode is activated when the above vehicles are in motion.

Due to a software error, the hybrid system may overheat and switch off when the vehicle is in motion.

The vehicle then switches to emergency operation mode.

It is only possible to drive with reduced power.

The vehicle manufacturer has already addressed the issue and notified the owners of all the affected models.

For various reasons, however, it can be assumed that not all vehicles have been inspected and repaired.

The software for the relevant vehicles is to be updated at the specialist garage.
