Expansion kits for the CSC-Tool and CSC Tool Mobile extend the ADAS calibration capabilities beyond camera-based systems.

CSC-Tool Front Camera Calibration Panels

A range of supplementary calibration panels are available which extend the CSC-Tool’s vehicle coverage, enabling the static calibration of camera-based ADAS used by a wide range of vehicle manufacturers.

 

Currently, calibration panels are available to extend the CSC-Tool’s compatibility to 32 vehicle manufacturers, including Fiat, Honda, Hyundai, Jeep, Kia, Lexus, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Renault, Subaru, Toyota and Volkswagen AG, in addition to Dynamic Calibration of the ADAS used by BMW, Ford, GM, Mitsubishi and Volvo using the mega macs device.

 

New calibration panels are continually being developed and introduced to keep pace with new vehicle models.

Calibrate Radar-based ADAS with Radar Kits I, II & III

RADAR KIT I EVO is an expansion kit for the CSC-Tool for the calibration of the radar-based ADAS used by BMW, VAG and certain ADAS-equipped Mercedes-Benz models.

 

RADAR KIT II is available for the calibration of the mirror-less radar-based system used on Mercedes-Benz models that use this alternative system.

 

RADAR KIT III is a further addition to extend radar calibration capabilities covering Asian vehicle brands.

Side, rear and 360°camera calibration

Three new expansion kits for the CSC-Tool now allow workshops to accurately calibrate the rear, side and 360° camera systems used for reversing aids and autonomous parking features. Rear Cam Kit I Basic, Rear Cam Kit Addition and Rear Cam Kit II Side are compatible with rear, side and 360° camera systems used on models from Audi, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan Seat, Skoda, and VW.
