Changed brake pads

Due to a change in the serial production, the following article allocation has been adapted as described in the following.

Brake pad 8DB 355 015-961 / T2083 will be replaced by brake pad 8DB 355 011-401 / T1454.

The difference between both brake pads is a change to the damping plate on the back plate of the brake pad. This change improves the noise sensitivity and thus, the comfort properties of the brake pads.

Mounting instructions

A new driving direction-related installation is necessary for the new damping plate with recess (A). The installation direction is indicated by an arrow (B).

A special assembly instruction is enclosed in every box.
