If the fault described above occurs together with the listed error codes, a possible cause may be defective software in the engine control unit.

As a result of faulty calibration of the engine control unit, the above-mentioned error codes can be triggered too soon.

Remedy:

First of all, read out the error memory and delete the fault codes. Recalibrate the engine control unit with the improved software (237613537R).

Finally a test drive should be carried out and the error memory read once again.
