Provides a structured guide through the vehicle analysis, evaluates existing diagnostic information and helps to narrow down relevant systems and faults more quickly.
Automated fault code enquiry
Handles recurring tasks such as reading, clearing and re-reading fault codes. Changes become visible straight away, without having to run each step individually.
Diagnostic Assistant
The diagnostic wizard can be opened at any time and closed again if required. Like a digital colleague, it guides the technician through complex diagnostic cases, classifies fault patterns, prioritises possible causes and suggests appropriate next steps for testing. Users decide for themselves when to use the support and remain in control at all times.
Technical Support
In the event of error messages, the ‘Hilferuf Flat’ service provides support directly on the diagnostic device – with no waiting time. To this end, Nova AI draws on Hella Gutmann’s technical expertise and provides specific recommendations for action and components in real time when recognising known fault patterns. This makes it possible to categorise many diagnostic cases more quickly and deal with them in a more targeted manner.

The individual service steps are documented in the Car History for each specific vehicle and remain available for reference should you visit the workshop again at a later date.
