As reliable Co-Pilot in everyday workshop life, mega macs PLUS combines the strengths of proven Hella Gutmann systems with a modernised, intuitive user interface - optimised for mouse or touch operation. This makes day-to-day work in the workshop even faster, more convenient and more efficient.

Whereas mega macs S 20 is based on the Android operating system, mega macs PLUS is based on the Windows operating system and can therefore be seamlessly integrated into existing IT structures. Both systems are functionally equivalent: They use the same software interface, HG-VCI hardware and an identical licence model structure.

Thanks to seamless integration into workshop processes, compatibility with OEM systems and a flexible licence concept, mega macs PLUS is the perfect choice for starting, upgrading or switching - and is ideally prepared for the vehicles of today and tomorrow.

mega macs PLUS fits seamlessly into the existing Windows infrastructure of a workshop.

You can use your existing PC or laptop - no additional hardware is required. Workshops reduce investment costs and also benefit from a familiar operating environment - no additional training is required.

In addition to diagnostics, the Windows hardware can also be used for multiple functions such as e-mail, parts orders, technical documentation or training videos - all in one system.

Your Co-Pilot for fast support

AI-supported on-the-spot assistance - efficient, precise and available at all times

The innovative call for help function provides workshops with immediate support tailored to the specific situation - directly from the diagnostic interface and supported by artificial intelligence.

After a fault code query, the call for help can be triggered immediately, and all relevant vehicle data is transmitted automatically. This eliminates duplicate descriptions and the workshop promptly receives repair instructions in real time.

If necessary, an experienced engineer can continue the support seamlessly by phone - for maximum efficiency and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Freely selectable scope of services - updates included, basic functions permanently secured

With mega macs PLUS, each workshop can choose the required scope of services independently: with the PLUS 1, PLUS 2, PLUS 3 or PLUS BATTERY licence levels.

Regardless of the variant selected, Hella Gutmann regularly provides new updates on functions and vehicle coverage.

Central diagnostic functions - such as reading and deleting error codes, service resets, basic settings and overall queries - are still available without any ongoing costs once the licence has expired.
