Power drops significantly, engine in limp home mode

In the above-mentioned vehicles, it may be possible that the engine starts poorly or not at all. The engine control lamp and/or the preheater control lamp will light up in this process. An engine power loss can be observed at the same time. Fault codes P062B and 20EE may be stored in the fault memory.

Check all system-relevant electrical and mechanical components, including the power supply to eliminate the issue. If a fault is not identified in this process, a software update may be necessary to eliminate the fault.

Update software using diagnostic devices including Hella Gutmann macsRemote Services or a pass-thru-compatible Mega-Macs series diagnostic device. Furthermore, registered access to the vehicle manufacturer's online portal is required. If the appropriate equipment is not available, please contact an authorised specialist workshop.
