Coolant temperature sensors

HELLA is among the leading providers in the area of sensor systems ─ Our coolant temperature sensors also meet the highest functional and quality demands.

Coolant temperature sensors are an integral part of the cooling circuit. They detect the engine operating temperature. Should it exceed a fixed target value, a respective warning message is triggered. This allows greater engine damage to be avoided early on, e.g. in the form of a defective cylinder head gasket.
