AIXAM UV53 - replacing the cabin air filter

The UV53 model from AIXAM also features a cabin air filter, which is replaced during a service. This is a filter fleece without activated carbon. The filter is located on the right-hand side of the heater unit and can be accessed from the passenger footwell.

Proceed as follows when renewing filter:

• Remove the ventilation hose on the right-hand side of the heater unit.

• Remove the old filter from the housing.

• The new filter has to be slightly bent when it is inserted. Ensure that it is fitted in the correct position (with the straight side facing downwards)

• Reattach the ventilation hose.
