Brake cleaner

Brake cleaner

HELLA brake cleaner attaches to brake dust and reliably removes oil, grease, dirt and brake fluid, leaving no residue behind. This tried-and-tested cleaning agent is therefore suitable for all brake, clutch and transmission parts, starter motors and alternators, carburettors, petrol pumps and engine parts. The brake cleaner does not corrode polystyrene and is free from chlorinated solvents.

Application:

Spray soiled parts intensively and allow the solvent to run off or evaporate, if necessary wipe off/down with a cloth. Repeat for heavy soiling.

HELLA brake cleaner is available in 500 ml spray cans.

Assembly paste

Assembly paste

Regular maintenance must be carried out to ensure the long-term safe operation of a wheel brake. In doing so, all mechanical parts should be greased with a temperature-resistant metal-free permanent lubricant. It is essential to check the suitability of the lubricant. To rule out any risk and avoid possible malfunctions of highly sensitive safety systems (e.g. ABS, ESP) while driving, we recommend using HELLA assembly paste.

Application:

  • Universal at all lubrication points in the vehicle
  • On brake and clutch systems
  • As battery grease

HELLA assembly paste is available as a 75ml tube.

In addition to the brake pads already supplied with warning contacts, HELLA has more than 220 replacement warning contacts in its range. These are offered with the brake pads, which are not equipped with warning contacts as a rule.

As new brake pads are introduced the range is being developed accordingly.

We offer mechanical and electronic warning contacts with high heat resistance.

In addition, warning contacts indicate when a brake pad is worn and needs to be replaced. This gives you extra peace of mind.
