Height adjustment system for seating defective

If the height adjustment system for the seating in the vehicle mentioned above no longer functions, it can be the fault of a blocked adjustment spindle.

The motor responsible for the adjusting of the seat height can jam between the spindle and the plastic stopper.

The problem can be solved with the help of an additional washer (1).

Procedure:

Dismantle seat
Loosen screw (2) and dismount
Place washer (1) with the measurements 6.4 x 18 x 1.6 in position (OE No. 11035613)
Lubricate with special grease (OE No. 13329237)
Replace screw (2) and tighten with 10 Nm torque
Remount seat
