Hvis trykmålingen resulterer i samme værdi i både høj- og lavtrykssiden (ca. 6 bar), tyder det på en fejl i reguleringsventilen (f.eks. forurening, se illustrationen), der er integreret i kompressorens skråskive.Trykket i højtrykssiden skal være ca. 8 - 15 bar og i lavtrykssiden omkring ca. 2 bar, når klimaanlægget er tændt.Afhjælpning:Enheden er ikke beregnet til reparation, dvs. at kompressoren skal udskiftes. Først skal hele klimaanlægget gennemskylles, og tørrefiltret og ekspansionsventilen skal udskiftes.

If the air conditioning on one of the above vehicles fails, you should first check the fuses and the magnetic clutch. If they are OK you can then check the high and low pressures. If your measurements show that the high-pressure side and the low-pressure side are at the same pressure (around 6bar), this indicates a fault (e.g. contamination, see picture) in the regulating valve integrated into the wobble plate of the compressor.

Resolution:

The manufacturer makes no provision for a repair, in other words the compressor should be replaced. Before doing this you must flush out the entire air conditioning system and replace the refrigerant dryer and expansion valve.
