Interior air / odour

Unpleasant odour inside the vehicle. No typical musty odour caused by microorganisms on the evaporator surface. It may be caused by porous hoses of the engine ventilation.

(See Figure 1.)

In this case, replace the affected engine breather hoses, as the smell enters the passenger compartment through the vents.

In addition, check the surrounding hoses (including the area of the mounting brackets) and replace or clean them if necessary.
