Thanks to the tried-and-tested SDI diagnostics software with the intuitive operating concept - already used in the Premium diagnostics - the workshop assistant offers efficient and reliable vehicle diagnostics in their entirety and also standardised menu navigation.

• Flexible licence system: irrespective of what the customer chooses – Hella Gutmann regularly provides new updates on functions and vehicle coverage in their entirety.
• Data transfer to HGS Data: the selected vehicle data is transferred from the mega macs S 20 to HGS Data Web. This dispenses with the need for renewed selection on our data platform.
• Communication protocols: current protocols such as DoIP and CAN FD are integrated and thus also ensure vehicle diagnostics in the future.
• Modern software interface: clear and intuitive user interface "SDI" (Smart Diagnostic Interface).
• Smart language handling: the mega macs S 20 automatically adopts the language setting of the tablet (Android display unit).
• Error code-based, online proposed solutions: after reading out the error codes, the user has immediate access to an extensive knowledge database. The specific error codes of the vehicle are automatically compared there, and the workshop receives helpful support and/or directly targeted suggestions for solutions. This makes diagnosis easier and more efficient.
• Integrated Cyber Security Management: Thanks to the relevant licence, the user unlocks the cyber security locks of leading car brands with a lightning-fast login and benefits from unrestricted access to important diagnostic data and safety functions that make work in the workshop more efficient and safer.
• Carrying out of calibration work: in combination with a CSC tool from Hella Gutmann, the mega macs S 20 guides you through all processes - from alignment to calibration of all camera and radar components in line with manufacturer norms for all modern driver assistance systems.
