Mario Maaß has been part of the workshop sector since 2011 and has been contributing his experience in the automotive industry since 2018. Thanks to his holistic approach to automotive engineering, he plays a key role in the ongoing development of innovative solutions and has first-hand knowledge of the requirements of the independent aftermarket.
His aim is to help businesses successfully integrate new developments into their day-to-day operations. He is particularly fascinated by the rapid pace of innovation in the industry and the ongoing development of diagnostic, ADAS and lighting systems. With his open and energetic manner, he motivates professionals to see change as an opportunity and to play an active part in shaping the future.

Marcel Gerbracht has been working in the automotive industry for around 20 years. After completing his apprenticeship as a commercial vehicle mechanic, he went on to qualify as a master craftsman, gained many years of practical experience and subsequently took on a managerial role as workshop manager. As a Bachelor Professional in Automotive Engineering, he combines in-depth specialist knowledge with a thorough understanding of the requirements of modern automotive engineering.
Marcel has been in charge of international training programmes at Hella Gutmann Solutions since 2018. His areas of expertise include ADAS, lighting technology, vehicle electronics and high-voltage technology. Whether at international trade fairs, on training courses or during live demonstrations – Marcel is known for his clear and accessible way of sharing knowledge and his ability to make complex technical concepts easy to understand.

Christoph Salmen has been working in the automotive industry for almost 40 years. As a qualified mechanic, workshop foreman and technical trainer, he combines many years of practical experience with extensive technical expertise. For the past 18 years, he has been supporting garages in successfully implementing new requirements relating to modern vehicle systems.
His expertise ranges from ADAS and vehicle diagnostics to lighting and climate control systems, and e-mobility. Participants particularly appreciate his clear and practical approach to explaining technical content. His enthusiasm for innovation and his keen sense of current trends make him a sought-after expert on the challenges of today and tomorrow.

Matthias Kreggenwinkel has been working in the automotive industry for 15 years and understands the challenges faced by independent garages from his own experience. Running an independent garage has sharpened his eye for practical solutions and given him a deep understanding of the day-to-day challenges faced in a garage.
His area of expertise includes the repair of electric vehicles and the safe handling of high-voltage systems. He is particularly concerned with the ongoing development of e-mobility and the associated demands placed on businesses and staff. With his relaxed and practical approach, he conveys knowledge relevant to the future in a clear and practical way – always with the aim of preparing workshops for the mobility of tomorrow.
