FORVIA HELLA and Al-Kadi Commerce & Industry Co Strengthen Sharaka Partnership with New Trademark Agreement in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
After the successful launch of the Sharaka Project last year, HELLA Aftermarket and the Al-Kadi Commerce & Industry Co are pleased to announce the next major milestone in their strategic cooperation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In 2024, both companies concluded the overarching frame agreement for the Sharaka Project, built on three strategic pillars:
- Sole Distribution Agreement
- Trademark & Product Localization Agreement
- Establishment of a Joint Academy
The first pillar – the sole distribution partnership – has delivered outstanding results since its inception, significantly strengthening FORVIA HELLA’s market presence in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and building a strong commercial foundation between both organizations.
Today, the parties have successfully aligned and reached a Trademark Agreement, enabling the localization of selected HELLA product categories in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This strategic step marks a major advancement in our joint ambition to contribute to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s localization strategy, enhance supply-chain resilience in the region, and provide customers with high-quality, locally aligned solutions under HELLA’s trusted standards.
Both companies reaffirm their commitment to the long-term development of the Sharaka Project, as preparations for the third pillar – the joint Academy – are already underway.
Sharaka, meaning “Partnership”, continues to evolve into a strong and future-oriented collaboration that supports the growth of the automotive aftermarket in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
