​​Dear colleagues,

​It has been a year since HELLA and Faurecia joined forces within FORVIA. As part of our common journey, we have embarked on a joint reflection on our culture. Together, we have defined our identity, our vision and our mission to become a sustainable mobility tech leader.
Today, I am very happy to inform you about another milestone on our path of growing together. Hand in hand, HELLA and Faurecia have developed six strong, shared values. These new FORVIA/HELLA values are the foundation of our common culture.
​The six FORVIA/HELLA values are grounded in our previous HELLA and the former Faurecia values. In view of the crises, constant disruptions, and uncertainty of our time, it became obvious that we needed to adapt to remain relevant and address our current and future challenges. Therefore, we engaged in a collaborative journey, bringing together talented individuals from both HELLA and Faurecia in co-design workshops. These workshops were truly inspiring, as we witnessed strong common grounds, easy convergence, and overwhelming agreement on key topics. This closeness is now expressed in a strong common set of values.

​I am proud to present to you the new FORVIA/HELLA values that form a uniform compass of conduct that is binding for HELLA and Faurecia employees. In short, they form the foundation of our FORVIA culture:

Let them guide your actions, decisions, and interactions as we work together towards our shared vision. The Management Board must and will lead by example. Let us create an environment where everyone feels inspired, empowered, and motivated to bring their best selves to work.
Over the coming weeks, we will be rolling out initiatives to embed these values within our organization. I am excited to start this new chapter with all of you, united by our FORVIA/HELLA values.
