Getting to work, going on a shopping trip, a short trip to the coast or the mountains: With the 49,- Euro Deutschlandticket you can travel not only climate-friendly, but also cost-effectively. And those who work at HELLA will pay even less from July. For just 34 euros per month, employees can book the Deutschlandticket now and use it on all local trains, S-Bahns, buses, city streetcars and subways throughout Germany from July 2023. "We are very pleased to make this great offer available to our colleagues in Germany," says Michel Favre, CEO of HELLA. "In doing so, we're promoting sustainable mobility here at HELLA and offering especially affordable travel options just in time for the vacation season."
The HELLA Deutschlandticket is issued by Regionalverkehr Ruhr Lippe GmbH (RLG) Soest as a JobTicket. This JobTicket is valid for HELLA employees as the Deutschlandticket throughout Germany. The collective order is placed once a month on the tenth calendar day of the previous month for the following month. To secure one of the coveted tickets, simply send an informal e-mail to jens.tirschler@forvia.comby the 9th of each month. Delivery is made by mail to the private address.
Cheap, convenient, flexible
The personal contribution of 34 euros is conveniently billed monthly via the payroll. The subscription can be cancelled monthly - also informally via e-mail to Jens Tirschler. The running time is unlimited as long as the subscription is not cancelled, discontinued by the provider or the employment relationship with HELLA is terminated. The Deutschlandticket is valid on all buses, city trains, streetcars and subways, as well as on all local trains (Regionalbahn and Regionalexpress) and S-Bahn trains. The Deutschlandticket is not valid on long-distance trains operated by Deutsche Bahn (ICE, IC, EC) or private operators (e.g. Flixtrain).

Lippstadt site expands plant shuttle
As part of the discounted Germany ticket, the plant shuttle in Lippstadt now stops at an additional stop: the main train station. The plant shuttle connects the two plants at the site via a regular shuttle service. Now, colleagues can commute free of charge once an hour between Plant 1, Plant 2 and the main train station.
A measure of the We CARE project
The subsidization of the Deutschlandticket is part of the 'We CARE' project as one of many immediate measures in response to the results of the 2022 global employee survey. Because one of the key findings of the survey was: HELLA is not doing enough for its employees in Germany. On behalf of the entire management team, HELLA CEO Michel Favre makes clear: "It shouldn't be that way. We are placing you, our employees, more at the center of everything we do." Against this background , the 'We CARE' projectwas launched in January 2023 . The goal: to identify and implement measures that will make the working environment even more attractive.
