For successful collaboration in 2024: Nomination for the Ford Supplier Award
Previously, FORVIA HELLA has already been honored by Ford with a nomination for the prestigious Ford Supplier Award 2024 in the category "Collaboration: Seek to Understand". The nomination, which is initiated by a Ford team member, particularly underscores appreciation of the car maker for the partnership-based and solution-oriented collaboration throughout the past year.
In this context, the team has achieved several key milestones in 2024 that underscore their agility and technical excellence. Notably, FORVIA HELLA successfully took over the Ford Mustang Mach-E program from another supplier, managing both development and series launch in a much faster time than usual in the market. Simultaneously, the team advanced significant progress on the Bronco Sport program. Despite a complex series development, the team maintained a resilient and collaborative relationship with Ford.
Tobias Pohlschmidt: “The nomination for this award is proof of the constant dedication, ingenuity, and pursuit of excellence demonstrated by the Lighting teams. Their ability to consistently deliver high-impact results while fostering a strong partnership with Ford has set a benchmark for supplier collaboration.”
