20,000 LEDs from Hella marine highlight the new cruise ship "Star of the Seas".

Hella marine, the maritime and commercial transport brand of FORVIA HELLA, has equipped the latest cruise ship of the US cruise brand Royal Caribbean, the “Star of the Seas”, with state-of-the-art LED technology. After the “Icon of the Seas”, this is the second in its class to benefit from the innovative lighting solutions. Around 20,000 LED lamps in a total of 2,805 cabins, on 20 decks and in over 40 bars and restaurants set new standards in lighting.

Lighting concepts such as the S80, S23, S100 and G100 LED series ensured seamless integration into public areas, crew zones and technical rooms. The three-storey main dining room in particular impresses with bespoke mood lighting that creates a particularly elegant ambience.
