It’s that time again: the next Employee Engagement Survey at FORVIA is just around the corner! Starting on September 22, 2025, all colleagues will have the opportunity to share their feedback and actively shape the future of our company.

In times of change and innovation, your opinion is more important than ever. This year, we once again invite you to make your voice heard. “In a market environment as dynamic as ours, resilience and innovation are essential, but clear direction is also crucial,” emphasizes FORVIA HELLA CEO Bernard Schäferbarthold. “As Management Board and executives, it is therefore important for us to understand what you perceive as strengths and weaknesses in your working environment. We would like to hear from you about how you feel supported in our company during these times.”

Survey starts on September 22, 2025​

The three-week survey will launch on September 22, 2025, using a joint FORVIA questionnaire. The survey is open to all eligible employees holding an active FORVIA HELLA employment contract in August. As in previous years, employees will receive an email invitation from the survey provider, Korn Ferry, on the launch day. The email, sent from norestru@festply@qemailserver.com, will include a personalized link to the questionnaire. Production/shopfloor employees can participate through a simplified and fully confidential process, using devices with survey access (via a location kiosk code) available in designated areas at each site. In addition to covering topics like overall satisfaction, corporate strategy, supervisor behavior, and development opportunities, the survey gives colleagues an open comment field to share feedback in their own words.

What happens to the results?

The results will be analyzed across different organizational and demographic levels. The anonymity of responses is guaranteed: teams with fewer than 10 employees are not reported individually, but only as part of a larger group. The key findings are expected to be shared internally in the first quarter of 2026.
