​​Wirtschaftsförderung Kreis Soest GmbH and the Kompetenzzentrum Frau & Beruf Hellweg-Hochsauerland have once again certified HELLA as a "family-friendly company in the Soest district". HELLA has been successfully participating in the certification since 2011, which is reviewed and re-awarded at regular intervals.

​The award is given to companies in the district of Soest that are particularly committed to family-friendliness and the compatibility of family and work.

​"It has never been more important to be family-friendly than it is today. We see it as our task to bring family and work together," said Oliver Lax, Head of Health & Welfare Management.

​HELLA's health management has set itself the goal of creating individual offers for employees in order to be able to combine work and family.

​Attractive offers have been created with the family service, the day care centres and the Kids Camp. In future, these will be adapted to the needs of the employees and expanded accordingly.
