Supervisory board
The Supervisory Board consists of sixteen members. As a controlling body, the Supervisory Board has rights of access and information. Furthermore, the Supervisory Board assigns the annual auditor elected by the Annual General Meeting. Together with the Shareholder Committee, the Supervisory Board advises and supervises the management.
Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Andreas Renschler.
