Jens Grösch Appointed Chief Financial Officer of FORVIA HELLA

• Jens Grösch to succeed Philippe Vienney as Chief Financial Officer effective 1 December 2026
• Grösch began his career with FORVIA HELLA in 2001 and currently serves as CFO of dSPACE, a global provider for simulation and validation solutions for software and electronics

Lippstadt, 25 September 2026. The Shareholder Committee of HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA ("FORVIA HELLA") has appointed Jens Grösch as a new member of the Management Board of the international automotive supplier. Effective 1 December 2026, he will assume responsibility for the Finance & Controlling corporate function as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Jens Grösch (50) holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and began his professional career with FORVIA HELLA in 2001 within the Electronics Business Group. After holding various specialist and leadership positions, he most recently served as a member of the Executive Board of both the Lighting and Electronics Business Groups, while leading the respective Controlling organizations. In 2023, he joined dSPACE, a global provider for simulation and validation solutions for software and electronics, as Chief Financial Officer.

In the role as CFO of FORVIA HELLA, Jens Grösch will succeed Philippe Vienney. As previously announced, Philippe Vienney’s Management Board contract, which expires on 28 February 2027, will not be renewed at his own request. Philippe Vienney has agreed to closely support and accompany the transition process to ensure a smooth handover.
