FORVIA HELLA expands S-series for more output and design freedom

• Advanced LED work lamps offer higher light output for off- and on-highway applications
• Additional variants and new design options expand the design freedom for OEMs
• Performance increase without changing the design ensures maximum compatibility

Lippstadt, 2 September 2026. The international automotive supplier FORVIA HELLA is further expanding its portfolio of LED work lamps of the S-series. The current product generation scores with significantly increased light output, additional variants and extended design options. These are aimed specifically at manufacturers of agricultural machinery, construction machinery, forklifts, trucks and trailers as well as municipal vehicles. Since its launch in 2021, the S-series has followed the "simple, steady and streamlined" approach, combining robust technology with an attractive price-performance ratio.

We significantly increase light output, increase efficiency and expand the design freedom for our customers without changing design or dimensions. Significantly higher light output for demanding applications

FORVIA HELLA has significantly increased the light output of key products within the S-series. The Module 90 Variant IV increases from 4,000 to up to 4,500 lumens, the Ultra Beam from 4,400 to up to 4,800 lumens and the Oval 100 from 1,850 to up to 2,150 lumens. The work lamps thus noticeably improve the illumination of work areas, wherever reliable and powerful work light is crucial.

In the case of the Module 90 S-series and Ultra Beam S-series, continuous optimization of the electronics and the insert of a new, more powerful LED generation succeeded in reducing power consumption despite increased light output. The result: a higher lumen-per-watt efficiency value with an unchanged design. OEMs thus benefit from maximum compatibility and improved technology at the same time.

At the same time, FORVIA HELLA has expanded its variant portfolio. In the Power Beam S-series, a new variant with 2,150 lumens complements the existing offering, available in both close-range and long-range illumination. The S-series thus offers a wide selection of designs, illumination variants and power levels and enables particularly flexible adaptation to a wide variety of vehicle concepts and applications.

More design freedom through the Black Edition

With the Black Edition, FORVIA HELLA offers additional variants with a black design that are specially tailored to the growing requirements for a modern and individual vehicle look. New additions include Variant I with 1,150 lumens and Variant III with 2,150 lumens for the Power Beam as well as the Oval 100 with lateral mounting, each with close-range and long-range illumination. This completes the Black Edition across all product families of the S-series.

The core strengths of the S-series are fully retained: high energy efficiency thanks to modern LED technology, easy conversion from halogen to LED, robust and durable design, and reliable operation under demanding conditions. With these enhancements, FORVIA HELLA is underlining its commitment to continuously developing the S-series as a platform for reliable work lighting technology.
