Personnel change in the Management Board of FORVIA HELLA

• Yves Andres, responsible for the Lighting Business Group, will step down from the management board at the end of today's half-year reporting date
• Until the succession is settled, CEO Bernard Schäferbarthold will assume responsibility for the lighting business

Lippstadt, 30 June 2025. Yves Andres, responsible for the global lighting business of HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA ("FORVIA HELLA"), is leaving the management board at the end of the current half-year to pursue new career opportunities outside the company. This has been mutually agreed upon by the Shareholder Committee of FORVIA HELLA and Yves Andres. Yves Andres (44) has been a member of the management board since 15 April 2022. The Shareholder Committee of FORVIA HELLA will decide on the succession in due course; a corresponding process for this has already been initiated. Responsibility for the lighting business will be assumed by CEO Bernard Schäferbarthold (54), until further notice.
