More light, greater efficiency, increased productivity: The FORVIA HELLA Module 90 S-series variant IV LED work lamp combines high light output with a compact design. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the flush-mount work lamp is suitable for a wide range of applications in agricultural machinery, construction equipment, municipal vehicles, material handling equipment, and commercial vehicles. In addition, existing halogen lamps can be easily upgraded to modern LED technology.

With a light output of up to 4,500 lumens, variant IV delivers noticeably improved illumination of the working area. As part of the ongoing development of the S-series, FORVIA HELLA has increased the light output from 4,000 to up to 4,500 lumens, while at the same time reducing power consumption to just 38 W (12 V) and 36.5 W (24 V).

Its outstanding lumen-per-watt performance provides more light while consuming less energy. This has been achieved through optimisations to the electronics and the use of a new, higher-performance LED generation. At the same time, the existing dimensions have been fully retained, ensuring maximum compatibility.

The specially designed cooling-fin system with improved heat dissipation supports a long service life. In addition, the integrated thermal management system with automatic dimming reliably protects the work lamp against overheating at temperatures between +50°C and +85°C.
