Extended lifetime, increased efficiency: The Module 90 S-series from FORVIA HELLA combines high-performance LED work lamps with a compact and practical design. Delivering innovative LED technology at an excellent price-performance ratio, the series provides an easy upgrade path from conventional halogen lighting. Thanks to their compact dimensions, the recessed-mounted work lamps are suitable for a wide range of applications and allow existing halogen work lamps to be replaced quickly and easily with high-performance LED technology.
The Module 90 S-series is available with a light output of 1,850 lumens (variant II) or as a premium LED work lamp with 4,500 lumens (variant IV). Despite the significantly increased performance, power consumption is reduced to just 38 W (12 V) or 36.5 W (24 V). This results in outstanding lumen-per-watt efficiency and delivers more light while consuming less energy compared with halogen solutions.
The work lamps feature a newly developed, highly efficient heat-sink design that improves heat dissipation and contributes to a long service life. An especially effective integrated thermal management system protects the work lamp from overheating by automatically reducing light output when temperatures reach between +50°C and +85°C.
