Electric Valve Actuator (eVA)

The Electric Valve Actuator (eVA) enables precise control of multi-way valves in electric vehicle thermal management systems. It ensures accurate coolant distribution to batteries, power electronics, and cabin circuits-supporting optimal efficiency, durability, and vehicle range.

 

Powered by a robust brushless BLDC motor with integrated smart electronics and LIN 2.2a communication, the eVA delivers reliable position control and fast response times. It is perfectly suited to valve combinations with higher power requirements, delivering a nominal torque of 1.5 Nm at 120° per second. With operation from -40 °C to +110 °C, and IP6K9K protection, it is designed for demanding automotive environments.

 

Its modular platform concept allows flexible integration into centralized and decentralized EV thermal architectures. Thanks to its robust design and high-quality components, the eVA offers a long lifetime, ensuring consistent performance.
