Drive, accountability, teamwork, agility, respect, open-mindedness: these six FORVIA/HELLA values were presented for the first time across FORVIA in June this year, including in a letter from CEO Michel Favre to the HELLA workforce. "These values represent who we are as FORVIA. They unite us and make us proud of our work.", Michel Favre emphasised in his Message from the CEO. "They have a direct impact on how we collaborate within our teams and interact with our stakeholders."

It is all the more important that the six values are not just principles, but become lived reality. In the coming weeks, they will therefore be literally brought to life in the form of video messages. Two videos will be published at regular intervals on the intranet - one from HELLA and one from Faurecia. Among others, the management board and the members of the Executive Committee will have their say and explain what the respective value means to them personally.

The start was made by Victoria Chanial, EVP Group Communications, Public Affairs & Sustainability Faurecia, and Nik Endrud, EVP Americas Faurecia with a video on "Drive" (the video can be found on Faur’us); today HELLA CFO Bernard Schäferbarthold follows with his video message on the value "Accountability" . The other HELLA videos will be published at regular intervals in the video web part on the homepage of the HELLA intranet.
