To us, the biggest factor is talent. Depending on the position, there are certainly different specific requirements that apply, but all in all, we are looking for employees who have a passion for innovation, are team players, have excellent communication skills, and are dedicated to their work.
Our flexible work schedules represent a huge leap toward achieving work-life balance for our employees. All members of the HELLA team, with the exception of production employees, have flexible schedules without defined core working hours to give employees the flexibility they need. We also offer part-time jobs that allow employees to work half-days because we know that flexible and innovative work schedules have increased in importance in today’s working world. Your specific options depend on department policies and practices.
Whether you work under a collective agreement or an individual contract, we offer our employees 30 days of vacation per year. Severely disabled persons receive an additional five days of vacation time. Part-time employees accrue vacation time on a pro rata basis.
Employees can only dedicate themselves 100% to achieving peak performance if they are happy and have total peace of mind. To help you achieve the ideal work-life balance, we offer employees various childcare options at our dedicated facility, the HELLA Kinderhaus. Located in Lippstadt, the HELLA Kinderhaus offers quality childcare for up to 70 children from the ages of six months to 12 years.
