Sustainability at FORVIA HELLA

Sustainability is a central element of our vision of the future. We want to actively drive the transformation to a sustainable economy and society, help protect and regenerate nature, contribute to strong communities and strengthen the trust of our stakeholders.

Our Sustainability Approach

We act resolutely for climate and nature, people and along ethical principles. Our sustainability roadmap rests on three pillars: Planet, People, Business. Each pillar has a concrete action plan, with defined initiatives and progress targets.

PlanetPeopleBusiness

We deeply care for our environment and are committed to protect our earth. A key pillar of our environmental strategy is our ambition to combat climate change: As part of the FORVIA Group, we pursue its NetZero climate targets, which are in line with the Paris climate agreement and certified by the Science-based targets initiative (SBTi). In addition, we target to reduce our environmental footprint related to waste, water, and protect biodiversity as well as nature’s resources worldwide.

Planet

We create a positive impact for the people and communities where we are active. FORVIA HELLA strives to ensure an attractive and inspiring working environment that promotes fairness, team spirit, diversity, and commitment. We respect and promote human rights and contribute to the growth of people and communities.

People

We acknowledge our responsibility for business ethics and sustainable practices considering environmental and social aspects and governance (ESG) across our whole value chain – day in and day out. We strive for a just world and expect the highest standards from our business partners and employees without exception.
