- Part of the Hella Gutmann ecosystem: Scalable innovations for connected workshop processes
- Modular and future-proof: flexible licensing models and regular software updates
- CSC-Tool PRO now available in key European markets
Ihringen, 17 February 2026. Hella Gutmann Solutions, a leading provider in vehicle diagnostics and workshop equipment, is setting new standards in the calibration of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) with the market launch of the fully digital CSC-Tool PRO. It is now available in key European markets. “The CSC-Tool PRO is far more than just a tool — it forms the heart of an intelligent and fully connected ecosystem,” explains Adnan Cemal, Managing Director at Hella Gutmann Solutions. “Our system combines many years of expertise and OE experience and offers fast, guided calibration of ADAS systems at the level of vehicle manufacturers, as well as maximum transparency through complete documentation.”
The automation of vehicles presents complex challenges for workshops because driver assistance systems require precise calibration amid increasing regulatory requirements. Here, Hella Gutmann’s CSC-Tool PRO provides an efficient solution. Two integrated 3D cameras enable fully automated and highly precise digital alignment of targets and reflectors. The central panel PC connects to the database in the cloud to provide always up-to-date calibration specifications and original targets. This ensures all vehicle data is always up-to-date and can be exchanged and integrated seamlessly. The rotatable, anti-glare 86-inch Ultra HD monitor is also suitable for XXL targets from manufacturers such as Honda and Iveco. Additionally, an optional Chassis PreCheck minimizes miscalibrations by automatically checking axle geometry in advance.
For front radar systems, the CSC-Tool PRO offers two flexible solutions: an adapter for the Radar Kit I EVO with angle adjustment plate — ideal for smaller workshops — and the innovative “Radar-Tool,” which, thanks to a free-standing, flexibly adjustable fixture, enables the calibration of modern front, rear, and side radar systems, such as those found on BMW models.
A particular highlight of the CSC-Tool PRO is the guided workflow that walks technicians step by step through the entire calibration process — from setup and vehicle identification to the selection and positioning of calibration targets and on to measurement. This helps minimize errors and achieve consistent, reproducible results. All steps of the calibration are also fully digitally documented — from vehicle identification to the final calibration results — including complete fault code analysis.
Hella Gutmann ecosystem: Scalable innovations for connected workshop processes
“Our goal is to make workflows in independent workshops as efficient as possible and to enable them to calibrate future ADAS systems with precision,” Cemal explains. “That’s a crucial factor for long-term competitiveness.” To ensure this, the CSC-Tool PRO is fully networked as part of the Hella Gutmann ecosystem. This means that thanks to the integrated connectivity, the system can be seamlessly linked with the diagnostic systems mega macs X, mega macs S 20, mega macs PLUS and, in the future, macs Remote Services. Calibration data is integrated directly into the comprehensive overall report, enabling complete documentation and secure proof of precise execution. In addition, the CSC‑Tool PRO can also be used independently of Hella Gutmann diagnostic devices and supports external systems — for maximum flexibility in everyday workshop operations.
To meet the diverse requirements of workshops, two flexible licensing models are available, including a free option. Furthermore, the CSC‑Tool PRO is being continuously developed: 360° calibration for surround view systems is already in implementation.
