FORVIA HELLA celebrates its 125th anniversary
'Take a journey that matters' – with this invitation, FORVIA wants to attract and retain top talent. The claim is at the heart of the global employer branding campaign. Part of it are three FORVIA HELLA colleagues who present their 'Top Four' of the company in humorous and emotional videos. There is also a longer video of Olivia Gardean, who gives us an insight into her day-to-day work.

For various reasons, skilled workers are increasingly scarce in many places and are accordingly intensively courted. Companies that want to stay ahead of the game in this 'war for talents' need to present themselves to current and potential employees in a memorable and convincing way. Against this background, FORVIA has developed a joint, concise employer branding campaign. "The challenge was to make FORVIA, FORVIA HELLA and FORVIA Faurecia unique and unmistakable as employer brands," explains Georg Lamerz, Head of Communications. "To achieve this, it was necessary to develop an inspiring, powerful campaign that shows what the companies stand for and what makes up their spirit and culture." The results can now be seen worldwide on various digital channels.
A journey that counts
The new employer branding campaign picks up on FORVIA's mission statement 'We Pioneer Technology for Mobility Experiences that Matter to People' and interprets it for the target group of employees and candidates: 'Take a journey that matters' is the core message of the campaign. This central message is underpinned by the company's strategic focus topics. Because they create a meaning that goes beyond individual career aspects: Through technological excellence, pioneering spirit, sustainable commitment and orientation towards people's needs, FORVIA creates real innovations of social relevance. In the campaign motifs, a four-tone expresses this claim in different versions, such as:
These will be shown together with emotional pictures with people as well as dynamic motifs from various FORVIA areas. The motifs of the new FORVIA employer branding campaign replace the previous ones and will be used by FORVIA, FORVIA HELLA and FORVIA Faurecia with immediate effect. The campaign motifs are used wherever young talents are easily accessible, for example in job offers on LinkedIn, Instagram and X (formerly Twitter), on career websites and recruiting events.
Four FORVIA HELLA employees report on their highlights
In additional moving image formats, employees themselves also have their say as part of the campaign. In eleven short (about one minute long) videos, FORVIA employees present their top four of the company. Ana Bizal, Head of Interior Lighting Innovation HELLA Lighting Slovenia, Olivia Gardean, Head of Manufacturing Engineer Electronics (longer work portrait), Leon Hermes, Hardware Engineer HELLA Electronics, and Stephanie Klausmeyer, Head of Quality Aftermarket, stood in front of the camera for FORVIA HELLA. "These are four emotionally touching, inspiring films that not only provide insights into the everyday work of the employees, but above all show what makes working at FORVIA HELLA so special," says Georg Lamerz. "A big thank you to all colleagues who were so committed in front of and behind the camera and shared their thoughts and feelings with all of us."
