Thanks to the commitment of many colleagues, the company sports groups she initiated were a resounding success. Joint sporting activities such as the Old Town Run in Lippstadt also strengthened the sense of team spirit.
• Modern employee counseling: Employee counseling has been available at FORVIA HELLA for more than 70 years. It has evolved from traditional social assistance to highly competent, systemic support that responds to the diverse and changing needs of the workforce. Always attuned to the challenges faced by colleagues, Marion's team has also supported managers in mastering cultural differences and healthy leadership.
