Yves Andres has been a new member of the HELLA Management Board since April 15, 2022. He will gradually take over the management of the Lighting Business Group from Dr. Frank Huber. Now, he introduces himself with a video message.

HELLA welcomes a new member to the Management Board: Yves Andres started as Managing Director on April 15, 2022. After a transition period, the 41-year-old will take over the management of the Lighting Business Group from Dr. Frank Huber. "I am pleased that, with Yves Andres, we have been able to attract a highly experienced, international executive to the HELLA management team to continue the successful course of the Lighting Business Group", said Carl-Peter Forster, Chairman of the HELLA Shareholders' Committee. Andres started his career in 2005 in Germany at ZF. Two years later, he joined Faurecia, where he held various positions in Finance, Industrial Operations, Sales and Program Management in Europe and the United States over the course of 14 years. Until recently, the mechanical and industrial engineer was Executive Vice President Clean Mobility and Member of the Executive Committee at Faurecia.

"I am very much looking forward to further expanding HELLA's lighting business under the FORVIA umbrella brand together with a professional team and to continuing the successful course," says Yves Andres about his future tasks. For the native Swiss, the team is the centre of attention: "Most important are the people. Because innovative power and value creation are realized when people come together and exchange their ideas." For him, a prerequisite for successful work is therefore the autonomy of the teams. "I also find it important to be on time, precise and trustworthy. I expect that from my colleagues and they in turn can expect that from me," says Andres. Looking ahead to the next few weeks and months, Yves Andres is particularly looking forward to getting to know as many employees as possible in the global lighting network and also to enter into direct exchange with customers and suppliers.
