On 24 August 2023, from 5.00 p.m. on: The HELLA Afterwork Party starts. For better planning, all interested colleagues are requested to register bindingly by 18 August 2023.
Relaxing after work, celebrating together with colleagues, cultivating contacts, expanding personal networks - all these opportunities are offered by a new We CARE measure: the HELLA Afterwork Party.
Thursday 27.07.2023
On 24 August 2023, the time has come: from 5 p.m., all HELLA employees from plant 1 and 2 in Lippstadt and HD Erwitte as well as all permanent avitea colleagues working at HELLA are invited to the Hülshoff in Lippstadt (Am Friedhof 4, 59555 Lippstadt). Of course, all colleagues on parental leave or ATZ are also welcome. Two top DJs will provide the atmosphere: Dirk Siedhoff, known among others from the Stone Dance Residence, and Bolinger/Dezibl, successful since 1994 with numerous international performances. And that's not all: delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices will take care of your physical well-being. The menu includes beer and soft drinks for 1€, wine and long drinks for 2.50€, snacks such as curry sausage for 2.50€ and hot dishes for 5.00€. For a comfortable return around Plant 1, a shuttle runs at a later hour, free of charge for all employees.
If the party mood has awakened in you and you fancy a great party with colleagues, with good music and stimulating conversations: Next week, registration will open in the HELLA intranet (if you work in production at Plant 2 or at HD Erwitte, your group leaders will approach you to register; if you are on parental leave or in ATZ please send a short email to jutta.fueser@hella.com to register for the event).
Important notice: You will need your employee ID card to enter the Afterwork Party at Hülshoff. Please be sure to bring it with you.
A measure of the We CARE project
The HELLA Afterwork Party is one of many immediate measures of the 'We CARE' project in the wake of the results of the global employee survey 2022. Because one of the key findings of the survey was: HELLA does not do enough for its employees in Germany. On behalf of the entire management, HELLA CEO Michel Favre makes it clear: "This should not be the case. We are putting you, our employees, more at the centre of everything we do." Against this background, the 'We CARE' project was launched in January 2023. The goal: Identify and implement measures to make the working environment even more attractive. The after-work party will take place several times a year from now on.
