Basic knowledge of LED technology, various forms that are used, their functional principle and important hints for garages (approx 2 hours)

Basic knowledge of vehicle lighting, present and future lighting systems including xenon systems and electronic systems (approx. 2 hours).

Vehicle Lighting

Practical knowledge of emission-relevant components and systems, introduction to diagnostic procedures and interactive garage simulations (approx. 2.5 hours).

EOBD (European On-Board Diagnostics)

Theoretical basic knowledge for understanding the vehicle data bus technology and its effect on other systems (approx. 3 hours).

Vehicle Data Bus Technology

Explanation of engine control techniques using system examples based on the electrical module (approx. 3 hours)

Basic knowledge of engine control systems

Basic and advanced electrical theory including explanations of tools and equipment for proper and accurate diagnosis (approx. 3 hours).

Basic Knowledge of Motor Vehicle Electrics

Basic knowledge of hybrid technology and electric drives including hybrid drives, electric motors and batteries as well as service and safety (approx. 3 hours).

Electric and Hybrid Vehicles

Explanation of system and component functions including potential failures and their diagnosis, as well as service, tools and equipment (approx. 2.5 hours).
