HELLA is a global, family-owned business listed on the stock exchange that employs approximately 39,000 people at more than 125 branches in over 35 countries. HELLA Group develops and manufactures lighting and electronic components and systems for the automotive industry. HELLA also runs one of Europe’s largest sales organisations for automotive parts, accessories, diagnostics and servicing. In the speciality products segment, HELLA develops products for special vehicles, along with completely independent products such as street lighting and industrial lighting. In addition, the foreign-owned company produces complete modules for cars, air-conditioning systems and on-board cabling. With more than 7,000 R&D staff, HELLA is one of the market’s leading innovators.
In the fiscal year 2018/2019, HELLA Group generated sales of around €7.0 billion, making it one of the world’s top 40 automotive subcontractors and one of Germany’s 100 largest industrial companies.
