HELLA Marketing Campaigns In Indonesia and Malaysia

Indonesia

The HELLA Scratch and Win Campaign held from June to October 2018 was a successful campaign, with the objective of supporting the dealers to sell better and bringing customers to their door steps. HELLA ran this two-tier promotion through the support of its local distributor, PT Sarana Berkat, to reach out to both end users and retailers.

End users who purchased any of the 6 horn sets, comprising of HELLA Blue Twin Tone, Red Twin Tone, Black Twin Tone, JP Kuro, Super Tone or Compact Disc Horn sets, will be given a HELLA Scratch & Win card. End users who has 3 HELLA logo in a row will get to win some attractive prizes ranging from HELLA merchandises, to movie tickets to regular motorcycles.

The campaign was further amplified through Facebook and Instagram to create the end user awareness. To redeem the prizes, the end users will have to contact HELLA via these social media platforms and be one of the followers. To ensure that end users have sufficient time to claim the prizes, the redemption period will end on 31 December 2018.

Apart from the end users, HELLA retailers were also awarded for every purchase of any of the 6 HELLA horn sets. Retailers were able to redeem gifts ranging from shopping vouchers to Honda PCX 150 motorcycles, depending on their order amount.  This campaign generated almost double the usual sales amount in the 4 months campaign period and was proven to be successful.

The Rainforest Challenge (RFC) is one of the World’s Top Ten toughest motor races. The RFC 2018 was held in Malaysia. Team 104 Vladivostok emerged as the championship winner at RFC 2018, the team used HELLA VALUEFIT LED lamps at the RFC Grand Final.
