From the beginning of year 2019 the company implements 57 months long-term project "Qualification improvement of UAB HELLA Lithuania employees" in order to stay in the position of market leader and ensure high staff qualifications.

By year 2023, UAB HELLA Lithuania will organize functional trainings for 250 employees, the value of 605 thousand EUR. The aim of this project is to strengthen the employees' specialized knowledge in the fields of production, sales, project management, personnel management, information technology, as well as to deepen their English language skills and hardware skills, which will help them perform work functions more quickly and maintain high quality.

The project is implemented in accordance with the European Union Funds Investment Program Priority 9 “Public Education and Increasing Human Resources Potential” measure No. 09.4.3-ESFA-T-846 “Training for employees of foreign investors”.

The planned completion of the project activities is in 2023, 15th of October. The project is partly financed by the EU Social Fund.
