On November 19th, 2018 HELLA Lithuania signed a Cooperation agreement with one of the most advanced technology universities in Lithuania - Kaunas University of Technology.

Among the long-term outcomes are the implementation of various projects in science, human resources and other fields, the creation of scientific production, the exchange of scientific and technological information and, also, development of engineering study programs in University.

HELLA Lithuania, with the support of Invest Lithuania, working on the realization of common interests of science and business. We hope that in a few years the engineering specialties in Lithuania will be attractive both in terms of learning and career opportunities. Together with the team, we intend to make every effort to actively engage in the development of study programs to enable young people in Lithuania to grow and realize themselves in technical specializations through targeted and modern study programs.

We believe that the best way to explain HELLA processes is to show them live! We are inviting students from various Kaunas‘ educational institutions to visit our plant.

During the plant tour you will hear and see how automotive electronic products are produced.

We believe that sharing our experience and know-how is one of the best practices in developing young specialist that are still in the University.

During the school year HELLA Lithuania experts are visiting educational institutions in Kaunas and providing open lectures about automotive industry and its specifics.
