HELLA manufactures a large variety of electrical and electronic parts for OEM use. The electrical and electronic modules listed below may be useful for adding additional functions to vehicles or for vehicle powertrain conversions.
- Time control Units - Turn on or off devices powered by 12 or 24VDC supply with a programmable delay
- Voltage Sensitive Relays - Get the ability to switch on devices in tandem with electrical load on a given circuit. High current versions may also be suitable for managing dual battery charging systems
- Vacuum pumps - HELLA is a world leader in electrical vacuum pumps. With the UP5.0, this electric vacuum pump may be suitable in vehicles needing a steady brake booster vacuum source, expecially in EV conversions. May also be used to replace mechanical vacuum pumps or in applications where vacuum generation by the ICE is insuficient or inconsistent.
- OEM customers: HELLA develops and produces relays for AGCO, Claas, Daimler AG, Ford, VW, GM, JCB, Opel, Nissan, John Deere, Chrysler and Jaguar/Land Rover among others. We have been working with many customers for decades.
