HELLA Shapeline – Design your light!

A large number of lighting functions for front, rear end and side lighting can be covered with the new HELLA Shapeline single-function and multi-function series. This includes position light, reflex reflector, direction indicator, side marker light, clearance light, tail-stop light, tail-stop-direction indicator, reverse light, rear fog light and warning light. Design elements without lighting function are also available. All lights are available in different modern designs.

The lights, which can be delivered with red, white or yellow covers depending on the lighting function, can be combined with nearly endless possibilities thanks to the modular design. The individual modules are also designed symmetrically. They can be mounted both on the vehicle's left and right sides and also twisted by 180°.

The entire Shapeline series is SAE and ECE-approved and conforms to EMV5. The IP6K7 and IPX9K protection classes stand for resistance to high-pressure cleaning and dust. Depending on the function of the lights, there are three differing mounting options: self-adhesion, screwing and snapping ball pin mounting.

The Shapeline lights can be used in a vast number of vehicle environments – of course in the truck area as well.

Reliability, durability and high robustness are only a few of the most important requirements for good truck lighting. But the design aspect is starting to play an increasing role in the commercial vehicles area as well – since vehicle design represents one of the most succinct distinguishing feature.

The new Shapeline light family from HELLA ideally combines the above-mentioned attributes. In addition to innovative technology, a sturdy design and the well-known high HELLA quality, the modularly designed series offers a large variety of different shapes and sizes – and therefore almost limitless creativity. The two design lines stand for this as well: Customers are free to choose from the classic straight-line Shapeline Tech design and the dynamic curved Style design.

In addition to the special design, the Shapeline lights win over customers thanks to their high degree of functionality. Different, modularly combinable light functions cover a broad scope.

Thanks to the combination of functionality and optical characteristics, the Shapeline program therefore is particularly well-suited for truck manufacturers for which an individual light design was not previously possible due to economic reasons. Thanks to Shapeline, a consistent light signature can now be created across all vehicle lines.
