Engine malfunction indicator light is on

If a customer complains about the above error, this could be caused by a defective plug contact on the air flow sensor. The customer may also complain that the engine goes into limp home mode and that it has no power. Furthermore, various error codes can be displayed in connection with the air flow sensor. In this case, the wiring harness with plug must be installed using a repair kit with OE article number 6569Q9.

Caution!

The wiring harness in the repair kit has different coloured cables than the cable set installed at the factory. Make sure that you connect the cables correctly during assembly.
