Tested perfectly!

Before a brake pad may "show off" on the road, it's first: testing, testing, testing! For quality is of utmost priority at HELLA PAGID. Products are tested not only at the group's own research and development center, but also on the road and under real conditions.

Expressed in numbers: the program puts the HELLA PAGID brake linings through up to 300,000 test kilometers and 1,000 hours of test bed testing before releasing them for serial production.

We have taken a look behind the scenes for you and will give you further insights into the production. This comprises more than 2,300 articles with more than 50 different friction lining formulas (and thus more than the one or other "pizza map"...)!
