The above vehicles can experience faults with the electric window winders. In some cases, the lowered windows cannot drive back upwards.
An insufficient riveting of the bearing pins in the guide rollers of the window winder activation would appear to be the reason for this.
The vehicle manufacturer is already aware of the problem. As part of a service campaign, we are assessing the origins of the door fittings bearer with the aim of replacing this if necessary. After performing the campaign, a service sticker bearing the campaign no.: 57C8 will be fitted in the boot.
Nevertheless, one may assume that for various reasons not all vehicles have been checked and repaired.
