Interior temperature regulation

On the above mentioned vehicle it may occur that it is no longer possible to regulate the interior temperature.

Only cold or very hot air comes out of the ventilation outlets.

This fault can be caused by a so-called "software bug".

Modified software is available from the vehicle manufacturer to rectify the fault.

In addition, on the above mentioned vehicles it may occur that the pre-set temperature is not maintained continuously and the interior overheats. A software update can also rectify this fault.

Please take into account this information in relation to customer complaints, particularly in relation to unsatisfactory temperature regulation.
