Less than six months ago, Faurecia and HELLA joined forces. Together, we have embarked on an exciting journey under the umbrella brand FORVIA. FORVIA expresses the shared identity of two perfectly complementary companies with 150,000 talented employees worldwide. At the same time, with its broad technology portfolio, FORVIA represents a promising group of companies to play a significant role in shaping the upcoming transformation of mobility and combating climate change.
With €33bn sales targeted by 2025, FORVIA is our way forward together. More than ever, this ambitious goal requires us to clarify to our customers, suppliers, partners, teams, and all other stakeholders:

Our collective journey is on. I am convinced that we will impact mobility positively. We target an ambitious and sustainable growth – aiming for CO2 neutrality in operations by 2025 and net zero from 2045. This commitment was also confirmed by the renowned Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTi).
