Suitable computer glasses support your eyes during your daily work. FORVIA HELLA offers a subsidy of up to €70, which can be claimed with confirmation from the company doctor.
Computer glasses can improve concentration and health in the workplace and are supported by FORVIA HELLA
Working at a computer places high demands on our eyes. To support employees in this activity, FORVIA HELLA offers a subsidy of up to €70 for computer glasses. To qualify for this financial benefit, the company doctor must confirm that the glasses are necessary. Employees can visit the optician of their choice but will benefit from improved conditions thanks to the existing company agreement with optician Fielmann.
The following steps are necessary to receive the subsidy:
- Free eye test: The employee arranges a free eye test with the company doctor, who confirms the need for computer glasses.
- Fielmann order form: The employee downloads the Fielmann order form for the respective company from the intranet and has it signed and stamped by their supervisor.
- Ordering the glasses: The employee orders the glasses from Fielmann using the Fielmann order form.
- Collection and documentation: When picking up the glasses at the Fielmann store, the employee pays for them directly at the Fielmann store and has the costs reimbursed up to a maximum of €70 upon presentation of the confirmation from the company doctor and the Fielmann invoice by the payroll department (your responsible administrator can be found at the top center of the monthly pay slip). Any additional costs for higher-quality models are to be borne by the employee.
- The subsidy covers a maximum of €70. The contact persons at the company medical center at the respective locations (plants 1, 2, 4, and 5 as well as HD, HIS, and HFK) are able to help.
